Buildings – HICAPS just completed three GSA building projects providing LEED
Construction Phase services. Blue Ridge Enterprises was the GC on the projects.
GSA US Citizenship and Immigration Services, Greer, SC - HICAPS
provided LEED administration and management services for the construction of an
11,360 sf building under LEED CI v2009 Certified level.
GSA SSA Hickory, NC - HICAPS provided LEED administration
and management services for the construction of a GSA Social Security Administration Office consisting
of a 15,775 sf building under LEED NC v 2009Silver level.

Administration Office consisting of an 11,656 sf building under
LEED NC v 2009 Silver level.
