In addition to offering whole-building air tightness
testing, HICAPS is licensed by the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) to
perform field audits and inspections of air barrier system installation. The following
photographs were taken by Phil Wilson during a recent ABAA Quality Assurance
Program audit at a new elementary school in Chapel Hill, NC.
